Privacy Policy

This policy applies to hismarketingco.com, operated by His Marketing Co, a marketing business owned by Allan Viotay and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this policy, "I," "me," and "His Marketing Co" refer to the business. "You" refers to anyone who visits the site or contacts me through it.

Information you give me. When you fill out a form, request a consultation, or book a call, I collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, website, the services you are interested in, budget range, and any message you write.

Booking details. When you schedule a call, the booking tool collects your name, email, chosen time, and any answers you provide.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar technologies to collect basic device and usage information, such as browser type, pages visited, referring website, approximate location based on IP address, and whether you arrived from an ad (for example, an ad click ID or campaign tag in the link).

I do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as financial account numbers, health information, or government ID numbers, and I ask that you not submit it through the site.

I only send text messages when you have provided your phone number and agreed to receive them, or when you have asked me to contact you that way. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of working with me.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

I do not sell your personal information. I share information only with service providers that help me run the business, and only as needed for them to provide their services. These include:

• A customer relationship management (CRM) platform that stores inquiries and sends follow-up emails and texts.
• Calendly, for scheduling calls.
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and Ads) and, where used, Meta, for site analytics and ad measurement.
• Website hosting and email delivery providers.

I may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising measurement tags. These tools may set cookies to recognize your browser, measure visits, and attribute inquiries to ads. Analytics events on this site are designed not to include your name, email, phone number, or form answers.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and learn about interest-based ad choices at optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies may affect how some features work.

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for them, the site does not currently respond to those signals, but it does honor Global Privacy Control where required by law.

I keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond, provide services, keep business records, and meet legal or tax requirements. When it is no longer needed, I delete it or remove identifying details.

I use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, such as encrypted connections and access-controlled tools, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text.

Depending on where you live, including several U.S. states, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what information is collected, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision about your request. To make a request, contact me using the details below. I will verify your request before acting on it and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

This site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact me and I will delete it.

The site links to other websites and tools, such as Calendly and social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

I may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
